Skills:

- University degree in Production/Process engineering or compatible field;

- 3 to 5 years' experience in the field recommended;

- Fluency in English;

- Computer expertise (preferably plastic injection or assembly);

- Leadership and organisational skills;

- Ability to analyse;

- Ability to communicate,

- Dynamic;

- Team spirit;

- Ability to work under pressure.

Job description:

- Coordinating the production area or sector of a new project;

- Defining methodologies for optimising the production process and implementing them;

- Monitoring production processes, analysing methods and times;

- Participating in the development of new manufacturing processes as part of new projects;

- Ensuring and implementing Continuous Improvement measures and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
