Our client is an expanding supplier to the automotive and aeronautical sectors and are looking to hire:

Maintenance Technician

Skills:

- University degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation

or compatible area;

- Recommended 3 to 5 years in industrial maintenance (preferably plastic injection

moulding);

- Proven experience in automated production environments (robots, PLCs, sensors,

SCADA, ...)

- Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems maintenance;

- Knowledge of preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance;

- Knowledge of industrial and electrical safety standards;

- Fluency in English;

- Knowledge of computers from a user perspective;

- Ability to analyse and make decisions;

- Communication skills;

- Dynamic;

- Team spirit;

- Ability to work under pressure.

Job description:

. Planning and supervising the maintenance of automatic equipment;

- Ensuring the availability and reliability of production lines;

- Coordinate with external services for specialised services;

- Implementing technical improvements to manage downtime;

- Ensuring control of the injection process (fine-tuning, parameterisation and

identification of root causes of problems);

. Collaborating in the resolution of problems related to the injection process;

. Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
