As the Talent Acquisition Manager in the People Department, you will work in our headquarters playing a pivotal role in defining and executing our recruitment strategy, ensuring we attract and retain the right talent to drive our company’s success. Reporting directly to the People Director, you will work closely with various teams to understand their hiring needs and ensure we close positions with quality and speed.


WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring new employees.
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Ensuring collaboration with all the stakeholders to keep an engaged and high-performing Talent Acquisition team that is profoundly aligned with the business needs.
  • Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborating with department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilizing various recruitment tools, platforms, AI, and automation to source and attract candidates.
  • Analyzing recruitment metrics and providing insights to improve the hiring process.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Disseminating recruitment practices across the organization.
  • Designing all processes with consideration for our Core Values.
  • Being a doer, actively driving and implementing recruitment initiatives.


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 4+ years leading a team.
  • People management experience.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and collaborate with teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and see them through to completion.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
