As the recruitment partners of a Multinational Company we are currently recruiting a Senior Accounts Payable specialist, to be part of a growing accounting department and develop global processes to sustain flexibility as the business needs change.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the Accounts Payables processes delivered by internal teams and outsourcing providers
• Evaluate, select, and deploy continuous improvement projects to achieve best-in-class performance
• Drive the digitalization and automation of Accounts Payable in our future ERP system
• Lead the change management associated with the projects and ensure business continuity
• Prepare and present performance reports to management, including key metrics, trends and risks
• Assist with local statutory audits
• Partner with CCR Supply Chain and Treasury to support ongoing projects

Main Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Management;
• Previous experience in shared services environment will be considered a plus:
• Previous experience in leading change projects within Accounts Payables area and in cooperation with the outsourcing provider is required;
• Previous experience with SAP;
• Strong organizational and time-management skills;
• Full proficiency in English (mandatory);
